Sometimes no matter how hard we try to avoid it, certain matters can only be reconciled in a Court of Law. Rest assured that if you find yourself battling with a neighbor over the location your property lines, or any other Land Surveying related matter, we can attempt to reconcile the discrepancy. If this fails we can represent you in Court and provide our Professional opinion as to the facts of the case.

Land Surveyors are disinterested third parties that are required to act in the best interest of the Public. As such we are bound by Law to treat all parties equally. If you feel that you have been taken advantage of by an adjoining Land Owner, give us a call to discuss your situation. We can provide you with the appropriate services to determine where in our opinion the truth lies, and discuss your options from there.

If we can determine that you have potentially been wronged, and if discussions with the offending party do not produce positive results, we will help you find an Attorney and work directly with them to communicate the facts of the case. If the Attorney does not have a better outcome in their discussions and/or negotiations and feels that the only resolution is to head to Court, we will be there as necessary to present the facts.

While the Judge in any case has the final decision making authority, they understand that the Surveying portion is best understood and communicated by the Professional Land Surveyor. With this said, we are adept at creating Exhibits which are clear and easily understood. Even by those that have no background in the Land Surveying.
