Finished Floor Certificates

A Finished Floor Certificate is document typically prepared by a Professional Land Surveyor and used to establish that the house or building was properly elevated in accordance with the approved plans. This is a document required by some but not all governing agencies and differs from a FEMA Flood Certificate in that it does not account for the elevation relative to a specific flood plain.

If you are a developer needing to provide proof that you have elevated your structures properly, a Finished Floor Certificate may be what you need.
